Gastroscopy (EGD, ODG, upper endoscopic examination, esophago-gastro-duodenosscopy, endoscopy) using general anaesthesia or sedation -the upper endoscopic examination is the only method for examination and treatment of digestive organs that helps to examine oesophagus, stomach and duodenum "from inside", and to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic activities inside these organs, if necessary. Procedure is performed under deep sedation.

Colonoscopy (lower endoscopic examination) using general anaesthesia or sedation - lower endoscopic examination or colonoscopy is the only, most precise and informative investigation method that helps to examine the colon from inside, and to diagnose and treat diseases of the colon and rectum. Procedure is performed under deep sedation.

Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) - combines endoscopy and ultrasound in order to obtain images and information about the digestive tract and the surrounding tissue and organs.

Breath tests are diagnostics of diseases by analysis of the exhaled air (for Helicobacter pylori, lactose intolerance, small bowel overgrowth by bacteria).

Capsule endoscopy - total small intestine exam using wireless capsule.

Comprehensive digestive system investigations (full digestive health check up), i.e. examinations of oesophagus, stomach, duodenum, liver, biliary-pancreatic system, colon and small intestine – according to Individual management plan.

Consultation of gastroenterologist  - commonly, during the first visit, the physician sets the examination plan with the aim to establish a precise diagnosis (patient’s disease) in order to choose an adequate therapy. Duration of a consultation is up to 45 minutes. This period gives the physician the chance to go deep into the patient’s complaints, disease history, to review results of the previous examinations and tests carefully, to examine the patient, and to set the examination and treatment plan, and to discuss it with the patient. If needed, a second consultation may be scheduled, or the patient with recommendations from the specialist may refer to his/her general practitioner for further follow-up.
During the second consultation, results of tests are usually evaluated, therapy tactics is set or updated, or the efficacy of the treatment prescribed beforehand is established.
